I planned a trip to Morocco, beginning in May 2023. I paid for the trip with my Chase Sapphire Reserve Visa. On April 25th, I broke my leg. On May 5, I had surgery on that leg and I could not take the trip. I provided documentation (physician's statement, credit card statement showing charge, letter from travel agency stating no refund because of the late notice, etc., etc., etc. It is now mid-August and I still have not received my reimbursement or even any information as to whether or not I will be reimbursed. I've called repeatedly. I've asked to speak to supervisors, but am told I have to leave a number and no one ever calls me back. I've called Chase Customer Service and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it, and that it is Visa's choice to deal with Card Benefit Services and not Chase's choice. I'm not optimistic about getting reimbursed for my thousands of dollars. I'm considering closing the Chase account since I'm paying an annual fee for benefits I don't receive.

Scam business. Crooks. Do not get Chase card if you want to rely on this insurance company for payouts

I submitted a claim for $100 for a minor rental car repair. Eclaims has made repeated requests for documentation that I’ve already provided, and continues to deny reimbursement. Terrible customer service so beware if you expect the coverage provided through Chase Sapphire to actually be provided.

Beyond ridiculous... hours on hold, multiple disconnected calls, emails asking for items I'd already sent, after sending everything they requested they asked for new things. I'm currently at 5 months, 10 emails, and 8 phone calls-- and still no resolution.

Same experience like all reviews here, you submit a calim and they act like they are working on it while it's just nothing go8ng on, they will ask for documentation to make you feel they are serious while in fact they don't do anything and their excuse when you call that they are Checking other claims!!!

Legal action on this awful company. I sent in all the documents needed. I inquired with multiple people through the company about the trip delay and trip cancellation/interruption insurance. I was properly informed and they still told me they weren't going to honor the claim. They ended up closing it and I'm taking legal action. This is just wrong for them to waste my time and so many others with empty offers. It's been 7 months of multiple emails and phone calls back and forth asking for the same documents, waiting for someone to call me back, and telling me I placed my requests in the wrong claim type which they changed for me and someone still said it was incorrect. Only for a rude representative to assume I hung up and tell me "I don't know what you want and thank you sooo much for hanging up on me." When I was still on the line. To which I told her I was still there. I could hear the instant shock in her voice and she tried to make it up by informing me that it was unfortunate that I was misinformed by their own customer representatives. I think that the few people who got their claims are rare and that they only do it to keep their company seemingly legit.

This is a scam. Why would Chase affiliate themselves with this kind of operation. All they are doing now is dragging things out asking for more and more paperwork. I am totally frustrated with this. As if i have time to be speaking and gathering and sending and making sure they received it. Then getting the claim number when i was never given a claim number
