My guide Kathlyn was great to work with very understanding and easy to talk with! She has great working skills with clients. I will miss her as I go on my own to continue my workouts with Jonathan! I give Kathlyn a 5 Star plus!

I have COPD with limited mobility and nerve damage to my right calf and foot. As I have aged to the octogenarian level, I use a cane to stand and walk. I generally spent way more of my days sitting than standing and walking. I considered pulmonary rehab in the past, but none of the brick and mortar facilities offered oxygen and all required significant walking from the parking to the gym. Carda Health offered in-home service with online professionals monitoring my workouts. I never thought I could ever do cardio level exercises again, but this program built me up to do just that.

My mentor Morgan B. Was just so fantastic and encouraging. Loved all the coaches, Mark, Gerald and Blake! I do feel healthier than when I started. Having the correct tools and guidance makes all the difference in being able to participate. If you have COPD and you want to breathe better and have more stamina, this Pulmonary Rehab course is what you need.

I really like the workouts, although I started doing them quite out of shape and am still getting there. They are challenging but doable, especially with the way the instructors offer alternative moves when possible or needed. The class instructors are all good as well. I especially like my coach, Brittany Whiley. She is so helpful and friendly, informed about everything and if she ever doesn't have an answer, she'll get it in no time at all. I'm really grateful for this program, and so glad I found it and am able to participate in it. Plus, my pulmonologist thinks it's really good for me. Thanks, Carda Health.

We had a rocky start with three coaches in five weeks. But, with Alexandra, I hit the jackpot!! She is a great coach and cheerleader. I am now able to keep up as the workouts get more challenging. Being sedentary for the last three years due to Covid and a couple surgeries really took the energy out of me. I am a recluse so exercise was not a priority. I told my cardiologist about Carda. He wrote it down so hopefully you’ll get more people. I like Caesar the instructor. He’s been my fav so far. 🌻
