My experience with Carda has been nothing but positive. After a week in the hospital with heart and lung issues, I was sent home and needed home healthcare. I was very weak and having difficulty breathing. I knew I needed to get back to exercising. During my research I came across the Carda program. After reading so many positive reviews, I decided to give it a try. From my first contact with the company, I was impressed with the professionalism. Plus, they provide all of the equipment to make it hassle free. Sam was my EP for the first part of the program. She was excellent. Sam was positive and very encouraging. I looked forward to “seeing” her for my 7am workouts. I completed the program and have continued with the maintenance program. Jonathan is my EP for the maintenance program and he is equally as supportive as Sam. I appreciate both of them and how they have, and continue to support me. I feel better and have seen a lot of improvement. We live in a raised beach house and I was having difficulty going up and down the stairs. Now I’m up and down at least four times a day with getting dogs in and out. I like the convenience of doing this program at home. I have, and will continue to recommend this program to others.

My experience with Carda Health was fantastic! I am not a morning person, never have been, but my schedule only permited me to participate in early morning sessions. While I was excited about beginning the program, that first morning was rough. I must say that’s when I met Haley and her enthusiasm and energy motivated me to get through that first day. As the sessions progressed she always kept me focused ensuring me I could make it on days I wasn’t feeling it. There was a moment when my BP dropped and she addressed my concern, explaining the causes assuring me that she “had me” and I was in good hands. She instructed me on alternative exercises when my knees reminded me I wasn’t as young as I thought and to her credit didn’t tease me when my coordination was tested. I later was entrusted to Sam for my sessions and we never missed a beat, a testament to the core values of the staff. Over all it was a great experience, so much so that I’ve signed on for a third stage. Thank you Carda Health.

I completed a local Pulmonary Rehabilitation program in 2019, and I was thrilled with the results. Three years later, due to a bout of pneumonia and a separate bout of RSV, I was seeking a new program. My sister found Carda Health online, and I investigated it for my own use. Without hesitation, I signed up for the program and got started right away. I met Meagan Hennegens, my exercise physiologist, and she provided encouragement from Week 1 to Week 12 when I graduated. Meagan was like having a personal cheerleader on my side. She was thrilled when I told her that I was finally able to play golf again. That program got me on my way back to where I needed to be physically. When I heard of the Phase III, portion of the program, I didn't hesitate to sign up. Now I work with Jonathan Ellison (exercise physiologist) who is my assigned "exercise physiologist". Jonathan, like Megan, goes above and beyond to monitor my workouts and my health. He is kind, helpful, and considerate. Phase III has helped me to stay focused on the program, continue to exercise everyday, and get healthier. After all, isn't that the goal, to stay active and healthy? So I say, don't stop when your 12 week program ends, instead, stay with Carda Health in Phase III. Don't stop; keep going!

When I started with Carda I was having problems breathing and had lost a lot of confidence due to seizures and falls Within a short time my breathing has vastly improved. My GP at my annual exam this week listened to my lungs and said wow. I asked good wow or bad wow. He let me know he was hearing absolute no sounds from my lungs Thank you Carda for helping me to work and reclaim my life!

Rachel Rugieri (?) is what made my experience successful & enjoyable. She was always very nice and answered all of my questions and was my best cheerleader. She is an asset to your company. She kept me on track & gave me excercises I could do and if for some reason I couldn’t she would give me an alternative. The only unfavorable thing I have to say about Carda (and it’s really not bad) is that I think they should maybe give a little more warm ups & stretching at the beginning and end. Thank you all for this program. I hope to continue.

All of the exercise physiologists (Don, Kevin and Johnathan) were patient, attentive and encouraging. They knew how much to challenge me, and I definitely saw positive results that were a great benefit to my social and work life.

I found Carda while searching for cardiac rehab videos online. Everyone I have interacted with at Carda has been knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. I have gotten stronger, which is no small feat, because in addition to mild congestive heart failure, arrhythmia issues and mitral valve regurgitation, I have denervation and myopathy in my limbs, from chemo, years ago. Despite the atrophy and nerve damage in my limbs, my strength had increased, as has my endurance. My heart is getting stronger and I can’t wait for my next echo to see where my ejection fraction is now. The coaches and EPs are competent, compassionate and encouraging, and It is comforting to be monitored while working out. Lastly, I love having the ability to keep going with the program.
