I had a great experience with Carda Health, it was something I needed to get motivated and I lost 11pounds to my surprise!

I am in Phase III now and I am very fortunate to have Alex work with me. He is encouragement keeps me going on those days when I just don't want to. The Carda Health program has made a remarkable difference in my life and I'm thankful Alex is a part of that.

When I first found Carda Health I was not doing well and very depressed. Cayson, my physiologist, made me feel like there was hope. He was always encouraging and positive. After a short time, I began to feel better and like there was hope for me. Now at the end of my sessions, I feel much better. I can breathe better and I'm not depressed. I can handle my life now. Carda Health and Cayson have given my life back to me and my hope.

True professionals my manager was very pleasant the instructors were very competent and the health benefits were significant after the program.

I liked the idea I could have the cardio therapy at home. Emily was very helpful and open to questions. The videos with the workouts were exact what I needed to help with my breathing and building some strength.

This is a review for Jordan T. I was nervous when I started this program, but he just helped me relax and had the answers to any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone.. He seemed to know what I needed as far a the exercises too.. The date of experience would be September to November 2024.. Thank you Jordan for all your smiles and help..

I was spiraling down. Getting more incompacated by the day.. Being able to exercise at home with a highly skilled professional watching over me, gave me the security to build myself back into a viable person. I feel 20 years younger. I can do things I haven't been able to do for years. I can't thank Carda Health and their multi faceted program enough!

If it wasn't for Jordan I probably wouldn't have gone to the hospital. I had a blocked artery so its good that I went in. Jordan makes me feel comfortable and has helped me tremendously. I sure appreciate all the help he has given me.
