They lead you to believe that this…is 100% covered by Medicare
They lead you to believe that this program is 100% covered by Medicare (which is NOT true, obviously) and then once they have your bank/credit card information (to pay the 10.00 deposit for their equipment) they then turn around and start charging you 100.00 per session without your consent or knowledge. No statements, no bill, nothing stating what is being charged, what Medicare is covering, what is your responsibility, NOTHING, just the withdrawal from your account! What a crock!

I never got past the Dr phone interview…
I never got past the Dr phone interview because of a problem with my phone. I did however receive the box of stuff from them. I did not open it, but one side was opened and pulled back up. I saw another box inside. I called and told these people I had changed my mind, and needed address to send back box. I called again a couple of times usually leaving voicemail or texted. Finally got a package in the mail with instructions, a bubble wrap sack, and a blue plastic sack that I was supposed to put the box in. Also a return label. The bubble wrap was stretched across the box , open at the end and the blue plastic bag was just too small. This has been the most annoying experience, that it really makes wonder how it would have been if I had not stopped. Now to go to get what I need to rewrap this fiasco. I gave the star for the shipping label.

Disappointing experience with Carda Health
My experience with Carda Health was disappointing. Progress was minimal, and the specialist assigned to me seemed inexperienced, often giving vague responses to my questions. Sessions felt impersonal, rushed, and lacked any real guidance or support. For those in remote areas, Carda Health might seem like a solution, and that's what I thought too, but it fails to deliver. When I requested a refund for the poor experience, customer support took over a week to reply and refused without showing concern. I wouldn’t recommend Carda Health to anyone seeking effective, reliable support.
