I really appreciate being able to get a…workout at home
I really appreciate being able to get a workout over the computer connection. I have a very good physical therapist overseeing my vitals while I’m working the exercises. I also like the fact I don’t have to get dressed, get out to a car and drive to a Rehabcenter then park and get myself into the building.

Jordan was my exercise physiologist and…
Jordan was my exercise physiologist and he was kind and so encouraging. He has a calm spirit about himself. I appreciated all his talks and encouragement. I also like Ceasar the man in the video

I’m very happy with the way the system…
I’m very happy with the way the system works. My concerns about doing a remote internet exercise were minimized entirely because of your clinical physiologist Sarah Hoffman and your fitness staff.

Carda Health is my safe space for Health Goals
My coach is patient with me. The exercises are comfortable for my age. Schedules are flexible. CH gave me a safe space to exercise and work towards my goal of better health.

When I first started with Carda I…
When I first started with Carda I wasn’t too confident it would help my COPD condition and after about 2-3 sessions and dealing with Sydney S I’m a true believer! I’m a very difficult patient to say the least and her genuine care and determination to get me in a rythem this is the absolute best program for my entire body and breathing has been tremendous i highly recommend Carta to anyone truly wanting a better quality of life go ahead and take the jump you’ll not regret it! I appreciate that the exercises are…
I appreciate that the exercises are mostly in the chair. My knees are not "happy" most of the time so the exercises are better with the chair for me. Dont get me wrong, the exercises do help.
