Great time
Was a small issue in the beginning. I could not get the heart monitor to work . After 2 weeks they sent a polar heart monitor. Work like a charm after that. I hadXiamara teaching me . She was through every fine . Asked about my meds , if I had any issues . She listened to what I had to say . Thank you Zee great lob

Exercising with CARDA
Tyler Lewis was great to work with. He made me feel good about my progress, which made me work harder. I would recommend this program to anyone with COPD or Heart problems.

I really enjoyed it it help alot
I really enjoyed it. made me stronger i would love to keep doing it but I don't know if I can afford the 45 a month, Dillon Mageewas sweet and helpfull they are all good and helpfull I will tell my friends about it couse I really enjoyed it

Andrew was Awesome and I was making…
Andrew was Awesome and I was making huge strides in my physical fitness. Unfortunately due to severe health issues I couldn't continue past 30 weeks. Highly recommend you give it a try! You will not regret it. Thank you Andrew and Carda for your help. Sincerely Rick Granger

Great coach
My coach was very uplifting and genuine in helping me through each session. She didn't push me when she saw I was struggling. She was very friendly and caring moving forward in my journey. She was respectful on my needs as well as towards me. I really enjoyed her as my coach.

From registering to scheduling classes…
From registering to scheduling classes everyone was very nice. I received all the equipment (iPad, blood pressure machine, heart monitor and oxygen ring from Carda health. They started with a doctor who went through some medical questions with me. While that was going on. They’re getting referrals from my primary care doctor. I started taking classes Monday Wednesday and Friday with Xiamara. She was very polite and cheery. Every time I had my classes she listen to everything that I had happening in my life. If you get her as your coordinator then you have the best. During the class she comes in and makes sure you’re doing ok. The best part of Carda health was at the end of your 36 weeks you’ll learn how to breathe with COPD. I QUIT SMOKING almost 4 years ago and I kind of shut down. Meaning I didn’t go outside and work in my yard unless had too. So taking these 36 classes has brought me back into shape. Physically and breathing wise. These classes worked so well that I’m going to stay on with self lead classes. I want to be able to take care of my property for years to come. Thank you Carda and Xiamara!

A Wellness Program That Really Works!
Jesse was very professional and encouraging from the moment I first spoke to her all the way through to the end of session 36. All 3 fitness trainers were encouraging and sometimes humorous. They included modifications for almost each and every movement. Jesse listened intently to my wants and needs and adjusted my fitness sessions accordingly. This program was a positive experience and I recommend joining to each and anyone I think could benefit.
