Ok selection of cars, happy with my vehicle. Fast approval process that was easy!

Great service, speedy, friendly, great selection of cars. Cars are way overpriced, but payment schedule balances this a bit and it's great for rebuillding credit.

I had an emergency situation and they got me in a car that day. The only way to improve service would have been to actually check the car out. Never even popped the hood before I left the lot. I haven't had any issues with the vehicle, but a double check would have earned the 5th star.

This is my second vehicle with Car City. The lease and all the paperwork went smooth. My only complaint would be that in the beginning of my first lease I had difficulty making a payment one week. I was honest and polite with the office staff. The were pretty rude and unforgiving. One time they called my cell at work on a day I was scheduled to make payment. I was away from my phone and did not answer in time. They assumed I was not answering on purpose and shut off my car. I called and explained. They turned back on my car. And I made payment 15 minutes later on person.

Look at something even if it was working at time of service.

Friendly and fast. Above and beyond.I traded in a beastly old ford and still recieved 1000 dollars .I only paid 800 for it 15 years ago.Fair would be an understatement.

I am a return customer. I did not know about the discounts. I received the discounts and am very happy. They paid for my trunk latch and emergency flasher.
