Very disappointed
i was excited about finding a car that would fit my 3 children and in a price range that worked for me and the guy that helped me was really nice but once I got the car and I had to contact orbit leasing it went all bad. The lady Sarah that helped me was extremely rude I called because I had to have my payment in by 5pm or they would cut my car off. The way they treated me was so rude out of all the years in my life I have never felt so disrespected she even told me if I didn't be quiet she would cut my car off right now while I was at work. I would never recommend anyone to car city. I am a manager and I would never treat my customers the way they treated me I felt ashamed and embarrassed when I walked in to pay my bill. I would rather take a hit on my credit then to deal with orbit leasing ever again I'm so disappointed in the customer service and I will make sure I spread the word to my fellow peers
