They got us a car when nobody would

Car City in Muskegon is great customer service. I was very happy with my 2011 Chevy Malibu and I can't believe they actually took in trade the car I had , it was a rust bucket awful not worth nothing barely and I got a whole $1000 off my total so that was awesome! My third day landed on Saturday so unfortunately I had a engine power loss come up on dash and then check engine came on after I washed the front of my car. I did call and leave message on Car city and the Precision 1-800 number to let them know and they called me back. It seemed to go away after my car dried so I think It's okay but I'm going to call to see just in case! Other then that I've very thankful to have gotten a new car!!

You need extra help at Battle Creek we had an appointment and it still took over 5 hours to get paperwork done

Really great experience going there to get a car. They were fast and helpful. Two hours from beginning to end. Walked out with a car. Payments are high but they work with your bad credit. As long as you have a job you can get a car.

Had a great experience

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Muskegon office. I must say, the salesperson, Karen, was EXCELLENT to work with. She is extremely helpful. I had some title issues and she walked me through the entire process. For a small lot, there was a good selection and I drove away with a really nice car. Bigger selection online and Karen informed me if I found something I wanted that was not on the lot that Car City would deliver it. Nice!

This was the second purchase fro car city, would have liked a bigger selection of mid size trucks
