Selling cars that do not run well. Repairs under warranty are done with old parts or in an attempt to salvage existing parts. Salesmen are polite but have no knowledge of vehicles.

Not very h@ppy with this car to many things is wrong with it .they said you fix the problems but still therei work way to hard for my money to spend on junk car hope you can make itiright with me thank for your support on this problem

I got ripped off paying almost 20 grand over the next 4 years for a car worth only 6 grand. It says 9 grand on sticker but really paying double

Walked in and asked to apply for a car loan. Spent the whole day getting insurance and all that set up for the car. Sit down in the room to speak with the finance person and sign all the documents and look at the terms - 6,000 "rental fee" this isnt a car loan it's a lease... so for a 7,000 car which they have listed for 9,900 I'd pay 18,000. And to even keep the car after 4 years you have to pay $1600... ridiculous ! why didn't they disclose it's not a car loan at the beginning of this situation. Needless to say I returned the vehicle and bought a beater... It would be cheaper to buy a $500 car and fix it up as you can then deal with this for 4 years. There are other options don't let them scam you into getting it with phrases like " credit building program" or "only options" you can figure something out even if your ubering around until you get your $$$ up still would be cheaper than full coverage and a huge monthly payment for something you won't even own after 4 years. Avoidddddddddd

$39 down is a lie, they told me $2,000 down. will never do business with car city.

Within the 2 weeks of having this car my granddaughter said the brakes didn't brake as they should. Today the car wouldn't start and after getting a jump it would not stay running. She has placed a call to car city and they instructed her to call someone they deal with when there is a car problem. At this point we're not sure of the problem but I'm willing to bet it will be a cost out of my pocket. Very disappointed that we are having problems this soon after purchasing this car.

I would not go here if you are in the working class. 39$ down draws you in but for a simple 9g car you end up having to pay 18g. Once you sign the lease. Lease. You have till the next day to bring it back. Keep that in mind.
