Car issues that they wont fix
I have had problems with the cars front end since i got it and every time i have asked i got a different excuse.

Some road blocks
I had a great experience in the beginning but once we had issues with the vehicle within the first 3 days trouble started. Even though I have a car city in my town I was made to drive to another center to sign paper work on the second vehicle I found to replace the original vehicle. The paper work was not ready for me to sign even after multiple phone calls confirming what time I would arrive from me and the other dealership in my town. The second trip was costly and I had to get out of work early to drive to the other dealership out of town to get there before they closed. I truly believe this could have been avoided and streamlined. I have a small child who we had to get out of daycare and take with us as well. This was an inconvenience for my family. The experience of waiting to find out what was wrong with the vehicle was a confusing and long process. Promises of phone calls multiple days that never happened and I had to call back everyday to later find out we would have to choose another vehicle. Very unorganized situation.

Quality Used Cars n trucks
Good quality used cars at a reasonable price. Weekly or monthly payments. Lease option only unless additional fees are paid. The repair shop is a joke good luck getting a loaner vechile. 3 of 5 stars because their is good and bad with Car City.
