Staff is very helpful , but their financing process is a little shiesty.

Thanks for the car I needed one, but interest is literally 100% I guess that's what you get with bad credit, I just know I will never do this again due to the price its crazy how much they charged for interest I was sad, but the car is nice not as new as I wanted for 20 grand and it literally fell apart 2 days later they were prompt when fixing it but my God. Ill NEVER use them again, only use them under desperate circumstances.

Service was awesome. People are super friendly. Vehicles are over priced. My 2009 Ford Escape was priced $5,000 too high. You can't buy the vehicle. You must lease it through their program. So now I have to pay $22,000 for a $8,000 vehicle

I got a great vehicle, which is the most important part. But the entire time I felt a bit uneasy. I've yet to have a bad moment or be treated horribly per say. But everything just felt like they were trying to pull one over.
