Key and covers arrived on time, but when I took the key to a car locksmith, the chip would not register nor communicate with my car and the locksmith noticed the key length was longer than the original therefore it could not communicate with the computer. The remote did program to open and close the doors but did not work to start the car unfortunately.

Repeat customer of carandtruckremotes, I was not disappointed with the level of service or quality of the replacement remotes that I received. Key fobs are getting more complex. Dealerships love charging much more than they're worth. It is nice to have a place I can trust to get them at a better price. Paying the dealership to program them is quite as painful as having to pay the dealership for the key fob as well. Looking forward to shopping with car and truck remotes again!
