Shipped wrong cartridge which caused significant disruption of service. After speaking to our office administrator I found out that the cartridge provided damaged our Neopost machine and that we were forced to replace it. We also were forced to purchase an OEM cartridge for the new machine at a significantly higher cost.

A couple of cartridges were probably dry or empty. I had to switch them with different ones. I placed another order by mistake.

It sounds like maybe the reason the inkjets appeared to be empty is because the ink was not flowing into the print head to be used. A print head cleaning cycle helps to maintain a healthy print head by forcing some ink through it. While I enjoy the spead with which our ink arrives. I have found that the printer does not find the ink cartridges compatable. The cartridges may still have ink, but after a few weeks, our printers are saying that they are out of ink.

I did the initial set up of the new cartridge and black and blue printed. when I print, only blue ink prints! Not satisfied with purchase
