I am in awe over my whole experience. From the moment that an customer service agent offered to assist me to the what seemed like next day delivery. My whole experience was great. Just so happens that I was going to order another cartridge of ink today then I noticed your email. This is what great customer service is. I ordered a bunch of ink and one of the cartridges didn't work. Customer service quickly sent me a replacement and I didn't have to return the one that didn't work.

Fast shipping and great customer servive. Emailed them bc I was unsure about my order. I received a reply very quickly. They were very helpful. I also love the pens! My very picky hp printer accepted the cartridges without a problem.
