First I want to say this service is amazing. I got the monthly plan to test. The very first video I made came out 10xs better than anything I have ever made. I immediately tried to get the yearly deal. Was unable to. So I contacted customer support. Sam emailed me.back almost immediately and explained the process, set up everything I needed to move to the discounted yearly plan (you can save on the annual) If more stars were available, id give them all. Mahalo Caption, and.maaaahalo sam🤙

I was genuinely pleased how quickly they got back to me when I had trouble logging in. The app itself changes quickly - I've been a subscriber for a couple of years now and the captions now look more professional than they did when I started using it. It doesn't accept all aspect ratios, I perform most of my editing using iMovie because and then I use captions for the finishing touches. If it were ever to be an all-in-one editor, it would get that final star.

Very good service with excellent customer support. I forgot to cancel my subscription before the renewal date, and they kindly voided the unpaid invoice for me. Overall, I had a very nice experience with Captions. The app has some really cool and useful features, and the customer service made the experience even better.
