Good experience

Very disappointing experience with Captions. I had removed/disconnected the subscription from my account, which was showing a free plan, but they continued charging me for around 6 months. Support then told me that I was supposed to cancel the subscription separately through Stripe, even though there was no clear link or indication in the platform explaining this. After contacting them, they refunded only the most recent $69.99 charge and refused to refund the previous months. In my opinion, the cancellation and billing process is extremely unclear and customers should be very careful to check their bank statements even after disconnecting the service.

So far, I'm really satisfied with Captions.ai. The app is user-friendly and offers many convenient features for creating and editing content. I'm also impressed that the developers respond to user feedback and constantly make improvements. Of course, there are a few minor things that I think could be improved, but overall, I'm very happy with it! P.S. I've been a client for about 2 years now

There are no ai features, it is a very bad application and every other editing tool I ever used for free or paid was better.

Services are great, used it for only a month, some parts of the ai are a bit buggy as to be expected with any ai and some parts take some manual editing in software to get perfect but overall decent. Was really pleased with email customer support
