I won $50 in a supposedly FREE tournament, made the required deposit, and got the confirmation email stating that my winnings were on the way. I went in today to see what was taking so long, and was told that because I was playing in a FREE tournament, the system sees that as multiple free chips in a row and declined my withdraw because I supposedly didn't make a deposit! This site is another theft by deception, false advertising site!!

I won $6000, they have paid out half of that over a 3 month period and still waiting on the rest. I came here today extremely frustrated with their slow payout process. I was told 7-10 business days after my payout was approved, which took another 7-10 business days, so already a month. I came to see why I haven’t received after the 28 days they claimed, told me to wait 24 hours and they had escalated it. Came back then told to wait 48 hours, and then today told to wait 72 hours. Why the heck does it take that long. Worst payout process I’ve ever been a part of. Also they take your vip or depositor status away while you’re withdrawing anything so you can’t use any free chips, the deposit bonuses are limited to extremely high play through and very low max cash outs. The whole casino is a joke.

It’s a scam! I won $12000 but had to play through $10000 to actually be able to cash out. Then when I tried to cash out the $2000, the employee told me that I could only cash out $1770 because I was initially given a $250 free chip and that $250 needed to be deducted. So they deducted the $250 and I tried to cash out $1770. I waited a few days and asked customer service how many days it takes to withdraw. He looked at my account and said the max I could withdraw is $250 since that’s the value of the free chip. I told him that I was already told by the other employee (and provided him screenshots) that I would be receiving $1770 and that the $250 was already taken from my account by the company. He said it didn’t matter, I would only be getting $250 and I can refer to terms and conditions. Update: I looked in the terms and conditions and it specifically says-Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account. In this case the bonus amount of $250 was removed from my total amount. I should still be able to cash out $1770 according to their own rules.

CRAPTAIN JACK YOUR $$$ Got scammed on a bonus. Then they offer some bs 4000x rollover. I spend 300 daily easily but never again another dollar to this crap.

I have been trying to upload a selfie for over a week and it won’t load, tried live chat and just keep sending the same link over and over that also won’t load. I’ve tried calling several times and it doesn’t even ring, sent 11 emails and no response!! I have no idea what else to do to get this issue resolved and receive my funds Ugh 🙄

Ok so I like this site alot, now here is the BUT, I cannot understand why it takes at least a month it has been up to 2 months to finally receive your payout or withdrawal now they advertise fast payouts, now if this is their idea of fast then I'm gonna be completely gray by the time I receive all the money they owe me. This part drives me nuts and it's honestly enough to make me search for a. faster paying casino outlet.
