Really a sad sad service for a great company like CapOne. This service provided by hopper, is a third rate travel broker that will not, cannot, and just incompetent to provide the follow through and service CapOne promotes. They actually scammed me out of purchased business class trip overseas then after paying over 6K, they said sorry the airline messed up but we can only give you $50.00 credit on another flight. I did not change, cancel, nor in any way default, they charged me business class for a 14 Hr flight and wound up with lower economy service. Basically they said @&$ off it was the airline, the airline said I must go through them. Please do not risk putting your trust I these clowns.

Booked hotel at international destination well in advance. One month off the trip I get an email from Capital One Travel saying the reservation is canceled. Yes they did refund the cost but simply left me stranded. They did not foot the cost for the increased price in the hotel. They did not even offer a transfer to some other similar hotel. Their customer service is just ridiculous.

I saw a great deal on the website showing a round trip TLV to EWR in First/Business cabin for a little more than $1,000. After booking the ticket I received a confirmation email confirming my seat in First/Business Cabin. Upon reviewing my reservation on the airlines website I noticed that in reality I only purchased economy class. In short; Capital One Travel sold me an economy ticket disguised as business class. Once Capital One Travel was notified they apologized profusely but would not honor the class which they sold me. The best they offered was to cancel the ticket and receive a refund. I am still waiting to receive an upgrade to business albeit they are not looking to compensate me. So, in a nutshell; I booked and confirmed business class with COT but only received economy class which in essence was a fraudulent transaction. Waiting to hear from COT. Best regards, anonymous

made reservation in business class and got confirmation stating business or first. supervisor with the name kelsey saying its economy and you could upgrade for 2.000$ says we cant help you "wow"
