I only needed one cap and gown but was charged for three. It was three in my box that I have no use for. By the time I opened the box and saw what was done, it was past the deadline to return the products. No graduate ever need three gowns. What I thought was a good deal backfired.

Hi Cheryl, Thanks for letting us know about your order. We always grant returns for up to 30 days after receiving the order, and I saw your order is still on the way and not delivered yet.
