CapandGownDirect.comReviews of capandgowndirect.com

The merchandise purchased was not what was expected; however, it will serve its purpose. The quality of the materials was not what was expected; however, the price equated to the merchandise received. Perhaps other merchandise will be different; I intend to perhaps purchase again. The merchandise, to which I am eluding to is a doctoral robe with three bars on the sleeve.

I like the gown very much the material is very good. However, it was too big for me. So, I contacted them. They were very fast responding to me and understanding as well. I returned it back and asked them to do a custom size for me. Now I'm waiting for the new one to come. Thank you.

Was a great overall experience. Answered all my questions and were very helpful in providing me a color pallet so that I could make sure my robe piping from a different company matched the color on the hood.

Fast shipping and good price. Amaze with customer service team!!

Excellent service and product.

Customer service did respond in a timely manner and the product was delivered way before graduation date, however the cap and tassel was missing from the order so I had to order through amazon.

They are true to customer service. Try them out. You will not regret it.
