April was great in resolving a shipping problem with the first order (a black matte choir robe). She sent a replacement so it would arrive in time for an event that I needed it for. When the replacement robe arrived, it was a little snug. I also recently received the replacement robe. I called the Customer Service and got April again. She placed a new order for the same robe but in a different size. The new gown order was on Friday and it came on that Monday. April send me via email return shipping label for both gowns. April was professional and very friendly. She went out of her way to resolve the situation. I am one happy customer.

From ordering to shipping to my receipt of the order was very timely. The was not what I ordered, but a larger size. But since it’s for a one time use, I’m willing to keep it and perhaps pass it on to a niece, nephew, or a family member’s child that’s about to graduate.
