Better than expected! The quality of the gowns were nice (not paper-like as my graduation gown was 20+ years ago!). I'm happy we chose this company. We will buy more in the future!

I placed an order March 22 and still have not received it. I've tried calling 3 different numbers and have not been able to reach anyone to ask about my order.

Some of the information on the website (regarding product availability) was confusing, but they responded promptly to emailed inquiries. I did have to call them, and, when I did, I talked with an actual person who was able to answer my question and process my order. Also, shipping was very prompt. So, while the information on the website was confusing, their customer service was great!

Cap & Gown Direct is a great company! Sariah answered all of my questions, helped me with sizing & the quality of the product is great! Would definitely recommend this company!

Kat helped me in trying to find out if my order was in and it wasn't. She told me she will help, which she did and got it processed. Because of the time changes, I couldn't reach the company but Kat responded by email. Thank you. Now waiting for the order.

The cap and gown were just what we need, at a decent price. We ordered too big, they are true to size. We are going to have to exchange it, but I do not foresee any issues. This is a good company. They are fast and reliable.

I have not received my purchase and attempts and getting tracking info have failed. I need a refund processed. Please respond.
