Incredibly quick shipping. Also, an item was missing and I needed to call customer service. The woman answering the phone took care of everything very quickly and the missing item arrived shortly. This is an excellent company.

customer service was great Unfortunately, the color was complete wrong hue to work, wrong tassle sent, wrong year on tassle and wrong direction..

Order arrived a day later than the original ETA, but that was likely the post office’s fault. Other than that, the order went well. The cap, gown, and stole look great.
