My experience mirrors that of another client! I am quickly losing my confidence..... The program started out well, but now that all of the litigation efforts are rolling in, and we have court dates set....nothing! I have to call and check on status. There is ZERO proactive outreach to the client (us). This is all very frustrating.

Avoid at all cost. They have taken payment, and Not working with my creditors as they represented they would, and I am constantly refused explanations. Rest assured, they ARE taking their payment, though I now have to attend a law suit by a creditor ALone. I am told they will negotiate with the creditor if I give them More money. When I hired them, I was on time with all of my accounts, per their advisement I stopped paying my monthly, and paid them instead. A second creditor has threatened suit. I’ve asked about the other creditors and am told Canyon is not doing any negotiations, I asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor, and am told There is no supervisor. It’s a total scam, and not I’m completely at a loss, Canton continues to debit from my bank account, leaving me no funds to attempt to resolve the debts on,y own. I wish I had never fallen for this scam. I will be taking council from an attorney (not canyon) on how I can resolve this mess, and potentially take action against Canyon for fraud... or at the least for miss representing themselves and for preying upon the desperate.

There is no such thing as charging 30 percent in fees for 4 months of doing nothing! It is a scam!

Well I thought I made the right decision to go with finance solutions/Canyon LegalGroup. I’ve Been in this program for 11 months. Giovanni Longo persuaded me to sign on knowing full well my incredible apprehensions. He promised all will work out as long as I make my monthly installments. He promised me financial freedom from the overwhelming debt and high interest cards which made it very difficult to maintain monthly. Still uneasy I called him one last time before making my decision. He of course assured me I’m making the right choice for me and my family. Fast forward to today - 5 of 7 accts enrolled are in litigation. After submitting these accts to Canyon for review I would hear nothing. If it wasn’t for MY persistence they would never reach out unless it was a generated email - Finally after continually following up I was called by a legal firm to represent me. One of my accts has been settled but since all these creditors have sued me in the same general timeframe, there isn’t enough money to move forward with the others. Remind you they take their fees up front which makes your escrow build very slowly. So their answer to me is to “come up with more funds so an offer can be made. This is an unusual case to be sued all at once” Now isn’t that just some kind of nonsensical BS. If I had any substantial amount of money to add would I have ever entered into this program???? Now I’m without hope and looking like bankruptcy is in my future. I don’t know where to turn. Don’t believe what they say. They put their customer service skills at number one and their clients last. Crystal Moye will sell you ice in the wintertime - don’t trust everything this company tells you - if you have high debt be prepared to have ur creditors sue you because they do NOTHING to negotiate until summons are sent. If you don’t follow up forget it.

Total 100% scam organization that stole $5800 from a friend of mine and did nothing for her. They refused to provide a refund, and also refused to even supply a copy of the paperwork she signed. Theses people are predators who go after people who are desperate for help regarding their debt, and only make things worse. Legitimate companies do not get paid in advance to help clients with debt, and it is only a matter of time before the CFPB puts a hammer to this company. I have no idea how they sleep at night, and hope someday they will sleep in jail.

I have received a summon and contacted Canyon multiple times regarding the same. 1st they told me to hoto the court to Submit the reply and once I went to the court the Clark told me the reply has to be in proper way. In general Canyon is supposed to work for me invade any creditor sues me.now they are saying they are not able to find a lawyer in my place which is quite surprising. Last two days I send multiple emails and calls to Canyon without any reply. Very bad experience so far. So once you have a summon they will not help you it seems though the contract shows they are supposed to work for you in such situations.

Canyon Legal Group has been representing me since December 2018. I received another letter from lawyers stating I was getting sued. I forwarded letter to my representative and then called customer service. Sent to another department. This department stated they were not the people to contact. Back again to customer service. Of course, throughout this time, I am paying more than $700 per month to be represented by Canyon Legal Group. This is very bad experience.

Here we go again another court date and canyon did nothing didn’t try to get in touch with me. I gave them all the paper work still didn’t do anything. I’m so over all the lies Don’t do business with this company nothing but lies. No help at all. Now another judgment against me . 😢 I can’t deal with this stay up all night worrying. They don’t care never get a call are any help. This is the second time I’ve been to court and they did nothing to help. 😡
