Ms. Moye has a very pleasant phone voice, phone etiquette and enunciate her words so they are clearly heard and understood. Also did her do diligence in timely manner to handle my concerns. If I wasn’t retired I would definitely want her working for me. She appears to understand that she is the first contact the caller will have with her company and the company will be judged by her responses.
