We received our order pretty quick. The packaging was amazing, and thankfully so. It was keeping a beautiful likeness of our family dog we’d lost a couple of years ago. We totally recommend doing this if you’re thinking at all about trying it.

The personalization is quite limited. I wanted a memorial garden stone in honor of my husband. I did not want anything religious or with angel wings. I just wanted a simple picture of him and maybe his dates with a nice, non religious quote. I settled on one that has candles (couldn’t remove them) and when it was delivered it is very thin. Not like my other garden stones. It’s probably I/4 of an inch which to me doesn’t feel very sturdy. I am disappointed but it’s fine for now while I try to find something more to my liking.
