My order was delayed in the shipping area due to postage strike and bad weather, however I emailed the customer service department to see where my parcel was and they were right on it and able to figure out where my order was and very friendly and helpful. My actual order turned out beautifully, nice quality glass christmas ornament. I would order from them again in the future 👍

The final product was great and it will give me forever fond memories of my pet. My only issue was I did not get a order receipt in my email and I was concerned that it was a scam after I saw my payment was taken.

Make sure to triple check personalization at each step even on confirmation email

It was easy to order and it was very nice to see the plaque in person. My brother really liked my gift u made. I just wudnt refer to a 19 yr old memorial plaque; as "Super Cool!" (See email) Tacked ppl! A little tacked.
