Everything was great except the dates it was supposed to say 2021-2024.

I appreciate the company and the products offered; however I feel like the photos misrepresent the final product. I was left disappointed at the size of the product.

The personalization is quite limited. I wanted a memorial garden stone in honor of my husband. I did not want anything religious or with angel wings. I just wanted a simple picture of him and maybe his dates with a nice, non religious quote. I settled on one that has candles (couldn’t remove them) and when it was delivered it is very thin. Not like my other garden stones. It’s probably I/4 of an inch which to me doesn’t feel very sturdy. I am disappointed but it’s fine for now while I try to find something more to my liking.

Placed an order for a Christmas gift but yet have to receive it It was an engagement ornament for my granddaughter. First they said they needed to see the city clearly and than I did everything they told me to do. I received a text that they had corrected it, but so far nothing. I ordered in late November after thanksgiving . It was going to Washingtonville New York.

The plaque color we received looked nothing like the colors in the advertisement. Not even closely similar to the advertisement. The plaque was delivered quickly and the script on the plaque match exactly as we order but not the right color at all. Finally the stand was ordered and added an additional $5 to the cost of the order. The stand looks like it's about worth a quarter. I say don't order the stand and go to a craft store and buy a decent stand for the plaque.

As of right now, I placed my order and have gotten the image of my order (blanket) and was satisfied in the fact that the design was done quickly and to my specific requests. Today marks one full week and I have not gotten a shipping number or been notified that the product has been shipped. I wasn't given a timeline as to when it would happen, and have not yet messaged the company to ask questions (likely to happen this weekend). Once I get further information and the product arrives I will adjust my rating accordingly.
