Absolutely loved the ornament I bought. I reached out to Customer service via email because I received an email confirming that it shipped. However, it didn't show that the item was ever picked up. Either way, Customer service responded promptly and assured me that my item was on its way. I received the ornament and it's way better in person than in the pictures. Customer service even followed up with me to make sure I receive the item and that everything was of quality. It was much appreciated!

When I had questions about my order, they responded very quickly and when I received my order, it is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Such great quality products. I will definitely order from them again!!
