I paid extra to have a final review done before printing. The experts reached out to inform me there would be blurry parts of the canvas print and made recommendations. My tri canvas print turned out great and I will definitely use Canvas Factory again! Thanks!

Ordered 5 prints large format for my shop, 3 turned up....the other 2 have been missing since 19 Dec 2023, and have had to cancel the order now as it has disappeared into nowhere. The only repsonse has been for the last 3 contacts "We are looking into it". These prints are fo clients who i will now lose, costing me future business, So now an update...after advising you guys time and time again I want a refund based on non supply of the items...which you promptly ignored of course.....you finally organise the delivery...FOR THE DAY I HAVE THE COUNTRY FOR 3 WEEKS....BLOODY GENIUS. Now they will sit outside in the weather getting damaged or stolen. Have just opened a gallery that we were planning in getting filled by you guys....NO BLOODY WAY NOW

Hi there. Would you mind double checking the order number and letting us know at [email protected]? (It seems to be missing a number as our order numbers are 7 digits) We are more than happy to chase this up for you on our end and check any outstanding tickets. Regards Rory Customer Service Manager

It is a beautiful rendition of our dog Shelby. We both love it and have a special place for it. My husband was very happy Christmas morning.
