I placed the order on December 14th and still do not have it. Tracking says it's still in China? These were to be Christmas gifts for 2019 not 2020! Had I known this would take longer than getting my 3rd set of teeth, I wouldn't have ordered from you. I'd really just like a complete refund at this point. Very bad business practices. Buy from a company who provides American production!

Gave me the wrong tracking number, when I received the right tracking number the representative could not find my purchase. The next day the tracking information updated and realized they just shipped out on this day. I contacted canvas factory on line support to see if they were gonna expedite the shipment as it was over a $600 purchase and my wife's Christmas present, horrible communication no one contacted me in a reasonable amount of time. Ruined my Christmas, still have not received my purchase! They did refund me $300 of my purchase but it was a horrible experience all around!

We were very pleased with our 16x20 canvas print. Very well done, quick service, very helpful customer service for questions. Would definitely use this cmpany again.

Lost my package in the mail and that is the second time that's happened when I've ordered from canvas factory

The canvas image is well done, maybe outstanding. Shipping communication needs improvement. Could not tell where(city,State or country) the shipment was. Also was not informed as to a delivery expectation and/or committment.

While the chat and email support was rapid, it required numerous contacts to clarify a relatively simple issue of retracting one image and replacing with another. I paid extra for "designer" reviews, but there was little notification in a timely manner of the problems encountered with my image file until late in the process, and then I was not told exactly what was the problem, delaying my providing a revised image file. And when that was settled in some way I had to ask many times to obtain confirmation of receipt and processing. Also, I had no idea of the long time line for images to be printed and delivered. Probably, that was due to it being produced in China, which I found out in the end when my order was shipped out, which should have been clearly explained at the beginning as affecting delivery. Why couldn't the production be in another country? It seems I was largely communicating with an Australian office with email, and somewhere else via chat. Website shows an office in Chicago Illinois, and with production in China makes this business long drawn out and complicated, so no one seemed to know the full picture, including your support staff, and of course myself. I have not yet received the prints as of today---Monday the 23rd, 9:39 AM, EST. I started out in the first week of December and here I am caught up in Christmas season delivery! Furthermore, their website has never registered my order # so I could check progress. Their email support and chat reps explained that was because I registered first as a guest and only later as member --- a very unacceptable response to any customer who wants to follow order progress.

Small print that items are (shipped from China) and you are liable for any customs duty or charges. Also, the 5-10 business days delivery that is stated all over the website means nothing, they will of course try to get it to you but it is not their priority to deliver in the timescales they state because they do not "guarantee" the delivery in this time. If you have problems good luck getting the item or the money refunded.

The quality of the canvases was pretty poor. The corners were folded out and it required me personally modifying them before hanging them. The prints were good and the shipping was solid though. Thank you!
