The products are magnificent though I must confess to being slightly put off by the customer service at the Live Chat option. Most of the agents are extremely polite and friendly though I find that the agent called Chris does tend to be very abrupt. For example I asked her a question today regarding the dimensions of a canvas print and her answer was literally, 'Yes' and that was all. As compared to your agent called Lov who is extremely friendly, attentive, polite and knowledgeable and when I had an enquiry regarding the surface of an HD Metal print, she sent me a photo, which was most welcome. Thanks for your time.

I really love my photo canvases. I ordered two and was not disappointed. The quality is excellent and the customer service is top notched. I will definitely order again from Canvas Factory.

I paid for a two person tent and I received other things in my order but didn’t receive the tent. I was charged for the tent and have yet to be contacted by customer service. I’m out $$$$$$$$
