Very satisfied!

I'm pleased with my purchase. It came soon and was a nice quality. The only reason I took a star off is because I had to touch up the edges. The color was chipped off in some places where it was folded around the frame. It was minimal and I could color it in with a marker.

After 23 days, they still have not provided my product, they stated they had mailed it, provided a tracking number for a non-existent mailing which never updated. Its been 8 days since the tracking number to nothing was issued, and now I'm getting the run around on my refund. I feel totally SCAMMED.

The canvas print is nice, the wood internal framework was broken on one of my 2 prints. I'm not sure this is due to shipping damage either because the split is right in a knot in the wood and is a very clean break. I'm handy and fixed the broken wood frame with a metal bracket but the broken wood pushed out on the picture slightly. If you look closely you can see the damage. Not enough of an issue for me to pursue resolution with the company.
