CannaAid won’t post honest and negative reviews of their products. This is very disappointing. As a NC resident, I was excited to see another player in the local market. They sell a product that could cause severe discomfort to someone with respiratory ailments and stifle reviews that try to make this known. Thankfully, anyone exercising due diligence will know what they are buying.

I have bought your products now for awhile. I use them for severe back, neck and hip pain. They work! I used to purchase from a local vape store but they stopped carrying them so I have ordered directly from you. My beef is that I ordered a Peak mystery box for $80! I wrote to your customer service day I got it and no response! About 2 weeks ago! I tried to call your number about a half dozen times and left messages each time! NO RESPONSE! The fact that there was only 4 items in it shocked me! One was a stand alone rolled cig! On your website you list it at $11.99. I can buy them all day here from $8 to $11! The other three things are not in your catalog so must be close out items! I didn’t think I was playing “Let’s make a deal!” And I got zonked! Very disappointed!

Gummies landed a friend in the hospital with convulsions. Apparently poor regulations allow these to be very variable in quality. Consume at your own risk.

My package was stolen and they told me they would not replace it because I didn't have the Route protection, but I sent the receipt in a screenshot to prove I did have the Route protection, and they gave me a different story after that I will never shop here again they're not true or their word we're literally give you the runaround to keep your money

Shipping to Wisconsin was extremely slow compared to other CBD companies I have used in California and Florida. I tried something new,H4 CBD and for something that is supposed to be much stronger than regular CBD I don’t know that I can say this product does anything at all. Will not purchase again and based on shipping experience which may not be CannaAids fault, I probably won’t order from them due to taking twice as long to receive my product.

I'm a little late to the legal delta 9 game, but my first purchases were from this site and 4 others. Most vendors do 10 MG gummies. I tried to compare 5 of the 10 MG gummies vs 2 of the 25 MG gummies I ordered from this site. Well, as you can guess, this vendor won so they are my "go-to" site from now on EDIT: I have placed another order with them and had a question about my order. The customer service is TERRIBLE. They don't answer the phone, their "live chat" feature on the site either doesn't work or nobody answers you back, no e-mail back, etc. I even went as far as trying to contact them on Instagram and Facebook via DM. I won't be shopping with them in the future. If they can't even get customer service right (which is bare minimum for a business), I can't trust them.

Shipping label was created 9/25 and thats as far as this order has got. Still not shipped. Thus far the experience is trash.
