The value is great, staff easy to reach and talk to (amazing to even get a human on the line these days) and the way the test separates the breed specific testing is all great.

Overall great experience with the process. The were 2 things i believe would make the experience much better. 1. Add Cocoa as part of the included tests. Both Embark and Animal Genetics include this test as part of their panels. 2. I was unable to find tracking information regarding my order. Adding this to the order info and making the information block regarding the progress of the order bigger or would really help in the ease of use.

Turn around is kind of time consuming. Maybe priority mail would speed up the process.

Fast results and easy to understand

Fantastic tests, now just fix the ability to share the information in a link instead of having to download a PDF (which can be altered) to then try to email (loose control of) for sharing. :)

I was happy to get a package deal with the health tests recommended for her breed(s) for my pup. I gave 4 stars because now I’m wishing I had gotten the breed analysis as well—even though most are not 100% accurate.

Love the new upgraded testing... BUT I wish there was a way to upgrade past dogs you've tested. Hoping for them to come out with a way for us to complete the new upgraded testing for out previously tested dogs!! I also think it would be nice to choose to get less testing (around 150 diseases + color) for the previous cheaper price, or all the testing (250+). I agree with what others said about making it so results are easily shareable, like with a link, the way paw print genetics does there's. It is really a pain to share results!! Also, group testing for a discount would be absolutely amazing too!! For example 5+ dogs, you get a certain % discount..
