I liked the whole questionnaire.... but what I really loved is that it tells you your strengths and weaknesses at the end! So you know exactly what you need to work on to be a better employee and co-worker!

I think it's amazing that upon completion you get the results from the application questions. No other job applications that I've done ever did such a thing. That goes to show you how much they appreciate you applying to their company.

The results are extremely spot on. I feel the advice given is very helpful moving forward with my employment search.

Some of the questions are repetitive leaving you a feeling as if you are being tested for honesty on your previous answer.
