Some of the questions were either redundant or not simple yes/no answers

This was an very good assessment tool for any possible employee. I felt it was thorough and fascinatingly analytical. It was a fair assessment. I am grateful for the learning process. It gave me a lot to take away and give thought to. Thank you

It was a good moment through the screening

Many of the questions were ambiguous and do not take into account personnal situations. One question asked if I put things back in their proper place and being married I can say with assurity that according to my wife, I never put anything back in it's proper place. Thus many questions could be skewed depending on the situation and setting.

Overall the process was interesting although lengthy but it really important to get such test or questions to understand how personality worked for jobs and leadership.

Great and helpful experience

I feel the questions gave me the ability to show you what kind of person I am and that I will give 110% of myself to any task and resolution. I love people I love making decisions or disagreements or problems that arise in any situation a better outcome is really do appreciate everything and I hope that I will be employed.
