I often feel these assesment questions are unfair and do not paint a correct picture. I think questions like I need to be the center of attention, or I need to take the lead on projects, or that I work harder than others should ABSOLUTELY be taken off these assesments. I can worker harder than others but whey would I need to say that, and every environment is different and the reasons for me working harder than everyone is different. Companies should not be allowed to use these tests or require prospective employees to take these tests either. It also says that this test will not be used against you and well I feel that it was because today the DAY AFTER this assesment test I received an email about not getting the job. They were trick questions and there were 180 questions to answer in 15 minutes. Horrible!

It was a great way for me to understand and summarize myself

The transition through each step was pretty smooth. I did have to chuckle at the advice about attention to detail. All the advice that was given I already do daily. I am a big list maker and pay great attention to detail and the whole picture of a situation. If I feel overwhelmed I will take a small break. I like to do things right and be as efficient as possible as to not lose my company or myself money. And although I do like an environment where it is comfortable and everyone on all sides are happy. I actually excel in high stress situations and in all of my telemarketing job I have been the one that the escalate the irate and unhappy customers too. I am reliable, honest, hardworking, fast learning, happy to be apart of a team and very content working alone. I am neat and very organized. The questions they ask in the assessment do not seem to give an accurate assessment of the people you are hiring if you go by my assessment in my opinion. I appreciate Wayfair's time and consideration in myself. I love this kind of work. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed if I were made a part of the wayfair team. I love the fact that at the end of the assessment it tells you your strongest points and even gives you advice. That is awesome! I love that it's very motivating!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍
