This test was very interesting! It is always good to be able to evaluate yourself at different times during our life. This was fun and hopefully will communicate to you that I would be GREAT at this Customer Service position. This was a great test.the test gave me a great deal of insight on working habits.

The questionnaire was fairly easy. I find that working through the questions was more internal for me than what others think of me. The AI advice was very intriguing and helpful for me to know what areas of myself I need to work on and get sharper at. Not many jobs have these types of questionnaires — nor do they use an AI system to help you figure out where you could do better.

The idea of a personality test is to help others identify weaknesses and strengths within one's personality. It can help dictate whether one fits a particular role well! In turn, it can also give that individual feedback to help them in ways they need assertiveness in as well!

Easy to understand and love the questions, it really help to identify your strength and understand where you need to work at to improve.

I just completed this very long and repetitive assessment, and the results came up incorrectly to my work ethic. It said I lack attention to details, yet that is what I excel in... weird assessment.

It was very accurate and on point. A little too on point but that’s what you need in order to grow… to be called out. 🙏🏼
