The Strength Report was spot on, really.
The Strength Report was spot on. I felt it described me nearly perfectly. Many of these exams are repetitive and there's no real personal touch to them, but this one was different, it did have a personal tone to the questions.

I loved my Cangrade feedback!
I absolutely loved my Cangrade experience. It was very spot on with how I see myself and I like the advice that was given pertaining to my needing to delegate. I would love to know if this exercise is available for individuals to take outside of this platform, as I know a couple of people that would love this and find it as helpful as I did. Hello, I highly disagree with my advice/results and my personality. It seems to suggest a lack of understanding or empathy of others. I am often told I care too much about other people's problems and trying to resolve them, to a fault. However, that is why accel in customer service. Just my opinion based on my history in customer service. I always aim to resolve problems and put myself in the customers position while also maintaining professionalism. I adjust well to changes and welcome them as part of growing in my career and development.

Exceptional feedback!
I like that. It gave me honest feedback and told me where my strengths were and where I could use some work. It's good to see that side of myself other than just my strengths, that way I can grow as a person and be more efficient in the work that I do.
