Seems to me that Wayfair is looking for some specific people for certain positions and they also show a deep interest in people. Impressive !

What made my experience great is the Company giving the assessment is in touch with what goes on in the workplace. The assessment presented were the right questions for a workplace experience. The questions were accurate and to the point.

Having spent the majority of my career in Front-facing Project Management and Customer Service sales management I can truly say this test was spot on for my personality and leadership style.

The test itself was pretty good and made me think pretty hard about myself and my characteristics but I didn't particularly appreciate how some questions were repeated and hard to understand due to the way they were worded. Also in my honest opinion, some of the statements were unnecessary.

The questions were interesting but I feel like my feedback was related to the answers I gave in regards to me answering if I change myself depending on others. To these questions I answered no because I took this as my core self and beliefs based on others. Looking at my feedback I think the questions were actually asking to I adjust my behavior according to different situations which is a necessary skill everyone should posses and I do this indeed. My behavior at home versus in the workplace are very much so different but I am still myself in both of those situations. I speak in a more relaxed manner to family than I would to my boss but I am still myself in both situations and do not change myself.
