Hello! Before I make my order for Candy Club, I just had a few questions if you don't mind because this is my first time buying here. My first question might sound stupid but I was wondering if the monthly plan means that I only get one box because this is a birthday gift for my friend. My second question is if there is any way that I can customize the box because for some reason, she is allergic to some candy's. I really hope that you can help me with my questions. I've gotten two boxes so far and the first was amazing and everything I expected it to be. The candy tasted fresh/high quality and the packaging was so cute. I'm not able to afford the box every month, so after my second box was paid for and shipped, I asked to cancel via email. The service was great, they helped me within a couple of hours and there was no problem. My only problem is that my second box was a far less experience than the first one. It was so bad compared to the first box, and I'm so torn writing this review. I really don't want to bad mouth a company that gave me such a great first impression. But... I understand that you're not going to always love every candy you get in the box, but all three of my candies were bad. One of my candies was something like sour gummy bears, which sounded amazing, but when I opened they jar, the smell was so strong and smelled nothing like fruity/tangy candy. My friends describe the smell as ranch dressing and wax. The other two candies didn't taste or smell as off putting, but both tasted like they were old, which was strange compared to my first box which tasted fresh and high-quality. I'm not sure if I just got an old box or I just happened to get three out of three candies that weren't for me. Or maybe I made someone angry when I cancelled my subscription and this is payback. I was planning on ordering again once I was able to afford it, but now I'm a little afraid to. It's a lot of money which isn't worth it if I'm not going to be able to enjoy any of it after the first try.

It has been a sweet time getting monthly candy boxes. Can't seem to keep the candy in my house as it goes just as quick as it gets delivered. I wish there was free shipping to those whom are committed to keep our monthly subscriptions going but I understand everything has a price. Customer service, whether contacting via email or the phone #, has simply been amazing. That what truly counts. Tasty candy and awesome customer service, you just can't go wrong. Get your candy today. You will definitely be glad you did! WE LOVE CANDY CLUB!!!

I love the fact that candy club always recognizes my love to them on social media. A lot of companies don't take the time to read posts or reviews, but candy club does!! They always leave a sweet message back:) This will be my second month with them and so far I'm blown away! I LOVE the candy! It's packaged just right and so very yummy! I feel the price is perfect for the offer. I also ordered the Valentine's Day box and was very satisfied! We are still munching away on that:) I look forward to my future months with candy club and hope to always get such great service!

I ordered the sour box because I have a major sweet tooth! My box came pretty quickly, maybe about 5 days or so. However when I received the box, one of the candy containers was opened and spilled through the box. This wouldn't have bothered me too much but being that it was sour candy the sugar was spilled everywhere! The other two containers were perfectly sealed and tasted good but because of the one spillage I don't know if the price is worth what you're getting. Probably won't be ordering again.

I recently became a member of the Candy Club subscription service because who won't want candy delivered to their door every month?!?! I signed up for 6 months of candy and I am about 3 months in before I left this review. I wanted to get a full idea of what Candy Club has to offer. The candy is delicious, I have not been disappointed with the assortment. It is a ton of candy and I just take the leftovers to work. I have become very popular with my coworkers. I highly recommend signing up!

I ordered my first box from Candy club two weeks ago, it came in the mail today!! When I first opened my box the sugar from one of my candys was spilled all over in my box, but I was like okay that's fine not a big deal. When I first started I took a survey and I chose the least amount of sour. 2 out of 3 of my Containers were sour. I got the sour jellybeans, the sour belts and the gummy butterflies. I didn't enjoy any of them. The only thing I enjoyed out of my box was the cotton candy salt water taffy. I don't know if I want to continue with subscription.

I purchased a 6month subscription for my husband who is a sugar addict. We both love the subscription!! It is so much fun being surprised every month and trying all the different types of candy. The candy is great quality as well. I was amazed at the quality and taste. There has not been one thing we did not like. I highly recommend. You will not regret the purchase.
