I have been a member of the Candy Club for six months. Some of the candy I like, some I don't. This last box was extremely disappointing. I take the time to rate the candies I receive. If I give a candy one star, I really don't expect to see it again. Low and behold, this month I received one of the candies I rated one star AGAIN. Not only that, but I have received the same licorice pinwheels for 3 of the six months that I have been getting shipments, which leads me to believe that they don't have much variety. Really? The same candy 3 times in 6 months??

I purchased the candy club as a special treat for my children. I did the 1 year subscription. I kept thinking it had been over a year. Come to find out, they just keep charging and sending it to you. Also, you can only cancel by calling them. They don't let you do it on line. I don't appreciate companies that do business this way. Although it would be a nice gift for someone, I would never do it in fear that they would just keep sending and charging. Why call it a "year subscription" if it just keeps going.

I love the candy but the price is a little too much for me, I went to go cancel my subscription but the site told me nothing other than call them. I've tried calling them in their normal business hours and I only got a message that said they were out at a company event.... been getting that all day! UPDATE!!! Literally right after I posted my review I got a call from candy club and we fixed the issue he even offered to give me a 10% discount for next month!! Will definitely keep using them in the future

I first heard about Candy Club from a good friend of mine and one of my favorite YouTuber's was talking about her candy from here. So I chose the buy three get three deal for first time users. My first box took about two-three weeks to get to my house (which is perfectly fine), but I did not get a single candy I wanted. All six were wrong. I emailed Candy Club and they were very great about making sure I'm happy and sent me a new box with the original order. Well, I received my second box that was supposed to replace my other candies and what do you know...my order was wrong again. I'm a little bothered by it and was thinking that surely they wouldn't mess my order up a second time. I figure that I pay a good amount of money for candy so I at least want exactly what I ask for. I definitely will not be buying again :(

Bad service takes forever to get a hold of someone, plus it is way less than i expected, too much money for nothing!!!! Very very very expensive!!!

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for days! Literally calling constantly during business hours and there's been no answer! Ever! I've emailed and I've gotten the same message of they have to speak to me first but they won't pick up the flipping phone! Worst of all they make you pay upfront then don't even give you great options for candy they only give a tiny bit to pick from which they conveniently can't do anything about. Never again. Ever.

I love Candy Club. If you buy candy often, especially gourmet candies, you will see Candy Club's prices are extremely fair. I've always received fresh candy with a fast arrival. Their cotton candy taffy is my favorite, and I love getting it scattered all around the containers inside. I've always received my box on a day when I most needed it..it always brings a smile to my face and it's perfect for sharing. Their customer service is 11 out of 10, and that's the one thing that I think could possibly be sweeter than than the candy. Love it!

Was offered the,"buy 3 get 3 free." Was still charged at checkout. Called cust service and they did give the money back. I got my first box and it contained the wrong candy. Called to cancel and I got the annoying,"well will you stay on for this." Instead of just letting me cancel, I can go but candy a lot cheaper elsewhere.
