CANDY CLUBReviews of candyclub.com

This candy is great! I like that I can pick what I want or they'll pick for me each month!

Who knew that a candy club, something that sounds so delightful, could turn out to be such a pain in the rear. I joined this club a few months back and was delighted with my first box, however, a short time later I removed gelatin from my diet, which most of these candies contain (we cannot get the chocolates where I live because it's too hot) so this left very little choices for me and I decided to cancel. Initially, I emailed my cancellation request and got an email back that said you had to call to cancel. A little bit of a pain, but okay. I called and was out on hold. A recording offered that I could be called back instead of holding which I did. When I did receive my call I was at work and could not answer the phone but was left a recording that promised my subscription had been cancelled. Oh how I wish I had saved the voicemail because a couple of months later I received and was charged for another subscription box. I called and was told that my subscription had never been cancelled but that my "dated had been changed" whatever that means. I told the rep I couldn't eat the candy (or was pretty sure I couldn't because it came with no paperwork or description of the items) and she suggested I give it away. I've been totally disgusted with the entire customer service experience I received. I was told again that my subscription had been cancelled (I hope this time it actually has). What's more concerning than all of this is that my card number had changed in the meantime because my card was stolen. Candy club still managed to charge my account even though I had only provided them with the card number. Concerning, to say the least.

I really want to start ordering but the 6 month and 12 month subscription plans are confusing do you pay every 6 or 12 months or do you still pay a monthly fee but get the 6 or 12 months order all in one shipment? Please help!

I had been a member for 5 months. I went to the website to curate my box. The site allowed it but the company shipped me their monthly curatedbbix full of sour and gummy candy I dislike. When I contacted them they said they'd replace the candies. Then they wrong and blamed me saying that I submitted my selections too late. Their website allowed the changes. They made a promise they didn't keep. They are dishonest. Don't do business with them

Best money spent in a long time, glad I kept looking at your ads. Can't wait for my next order.

Loved the candy really good choices to pick from.

So far I have received one shipment. Everything was right and we have enjoyed the candy. I rated each of them as well. I was bummed that alot of the candy choices shown when I looked to see what they had were not available for us to choose. I hoped it was because it was our first box. This week I was notified it was time to pick our candies! Logged on and was again bummed at the limited choices. I had a hard time choosing and ended up with a couple I wouldn't have picked other than I had to fill the box. Where was all the Easter candies that were in my email? When it's time to pick next time if I can't find enough I will have to cancel. Great concept and I love the idea of trying candies from other countries. And it's fun! Willing to pay the price for variety but not for same choices every month. I will rate again later.

This was best candy subscription. It came with big amount for each candy. All the candy was great. Definitely keeping subscription for longer.
