My normal fragrance oil supplier has been out of Leather fragrance oil for some time. Needing the oil, I gave Candle Science a try. Their description of their Leather oil sounded really good. I would have read more reviews! I received the fragrance oil and it had no leather smell at all. It smelled like cooking oil. I received two other fragrances that at least resembled the odor of what I requested, but the Leather was terrible. ACB. Order #R758054192. The fragrances came very fast and well packaged. They also allowed me to pick a free sample. All of the samples I purchased were wonderful !

The bottles and almost 1/2 what was is expected and they ignore the complaints. They do not have and phone to call them directly. The products are no longer good.

Smells are great! But my big bottles aren’t even filled all the way and I feel like with the amount of money I spent the product should be all the way full. Might as well be a bag of chips mostly filled with air

I have ordered the same fragrance many times and decided to order the larger 5 lb size. After I made a few batches I burned one of the candles and it has almost no throw and does not smell like the Black Current Absinthe I had been using for years. Now I have 24 candles that are really no good. This was supposedly the same formulation I had been buying but it was not.

Unsatisfied customer / bad batch of wax I recently ordered a #45 lb box of 464 wax. It arrived with so much moisture in the box. Upon calling, learning they will not reimburse shipping cost on returns. I can return as unwanted wax. I ask why this was not corrected by quality control who did not stop the wax from shipping out with this type of moisture? Order at your own risk, but I will never order wax from them again. I have been a long-standing customer of there's for 8 years. :(

I have been using candle science for a couple years now, and most of the time I just purchase their 16oz bottles, so I've never dumped the whole bottle out and weight the oil. Just recently started buying their 1oz and 4oz bottles of scent. I have been doing so, to make small batches of my candles, to see what my customers opinions are, how quickly they sell or do not sell, ECT. In doing so, I have come to the realization that their 1oz and 4oz bottles of oil... actually include the weight of the bottle that they come in, and I'm sure the larger bottles are the same. Which means that you are NOT actually getting 1oz, 4oz, or 16oz of oil, ECT. You are paying for the weight of the oil...AND THE WEIGHT OF THE BOTTLE THAT IT COMES IN!! Which is total BS!! The 4oz bottles of oil, only have around 3.80 FL oz in them!! I have weighed 4 different 4oz bottles of oil, and they are all weighing in between 3.80 oz and 3.85 oz. When I sell my candles, I don't include the weight of the jar that they come in, the wick, the label, or the dust cover... The weight on my label...IS THE WEIGHT OF THE WAX AND OIL!! Not the weight of the packaging and everything else!! This is completely unacceptable!!!
