Customer service was great and quick about a replacement order!

It was super easy to shop/ find something fun for Mother’s Day! My order arrived to my mom by the estimated delivery time, and she keeps RAVING about how good they smell! I was nervous not having smelled any of the scents myself, but she couldn’t be happier. She says they’re strong without even being lit, so she’s excited for the first time lighting them :)

Da DHL meine Bestellung verloren hat kann ich zum Produkt zwar noch nichts sagen, zum Kundenservice jedoch dafür umso mehr. Einen Monat lang habe ich mich mit DHL rumgeschlagen, Emails versandt, Formulare ausgefüllt und in der Hotline gehangen und weder Paket noch Erstattung erhalten. 20 Minuten hat es gebraucht bis Meine E-Mail um kurz vor 20 Uhr noch vom Candle Guy Kundenservice beantwortet und mir eine neue Kerze zugeschickt wurde, nullierte Rechnung inklusive. Das ist Kundenservice, vielen Dank. 🙌🏽

The customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a candle but the post office never delivered and deemed it lost. When I emailed their customer service they were so helpful and had a new one sent out within a week of my email! The candle smells amazing and the sayings are just as great! Love it!

I got the bj candle for my boy for his birthday and he loved it. The scent I chose smells great, and the shipping was super fast! I realized the candle is smaller in person, but it arrived in perfect condition. It’s aesthetically pleasing and hilarious. A fun gift to give to that special someone!
