I received my Fortaleza Anejo Tequila…
I placed my order for the Fortaleza Anejo with Cana on Aug 27 and received it on time today , Sept 1 . The communication was very good and process was smooth and straightforward . The packaging was excellent . I am ready to order the Blanco as my next purchase. Thanks !

Tier 1 selection and service
I've ordered bottles from a dozen other on-line retailers, but CANA is superior. They have an exceptional selection of hard to find bottles at reasonable prices that arrive as promised, securely packaged, in a timely manner. I've already come back for 2 more bottles after receiving my Frankfort, and i'll come back again!

Hi there, thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the wait felt long. We looked into your order right away. It was placed Friday evening, August 7, shipped from our Nashville warehouse the next business day, Monday, August 10, and tracking shows it was delivered on Monday, August 17. Seattle is nearly the longest run a package can make from Nashville. You chose to ship via UPS Ground, so coast to coast orders typically spend five to six business days in transit. We know that stretch can feel long when good bottles are on the way. If anything arrived less than perfect, email us at [email protected] and we'll make it right. We hope the pour proves worth the wait.

I called inquiring about an order. The person I spoke with was very friendly, understanding, and went out of his way to check the status of my order. I received my order two day later and it was packaged so well! I would definitely order from them again.
