Went by their sizing guide strictly and even sized up the product was much too small and tight. Only used once with loss of fur and skin abrasion but when customer service contacted nothing they could do not even a discounted larger size. I see now why customer service never gets above two stars and would never buy again

Horrible quality and horrible shipping. Why does it take like a whole month for the damn boots to come in?? Within 3 days of wearing the suspender boots, the velcro has fallen apart. They wanted me to submit a ticket for it, which took about 2 weeks for them to get back to me, then offered to replace the item or give me a gift card. I also bought a slush suit, for which the sizing is rather off. Had to exchange for a bigger size, but they made me pay for shipping. The item was literally returned within 2 days and then ONCE AGAIN, it took them about 2-3 weeks to even begin shipping the replacement. I just ordered the rain boots and it's been weeks with nothing in hand. It's been in "pre-shipment, awaiting item" since 1/24/26, but it was ordered about 2 weeks ago, of course. What is up with this company?!? I will not be buying from them again.

Compagnie charge me 2 time for my item.

This is a company that offers no warranty on their product. The Velcro straps didn’t last 3 outings before starting to fall apart and the boots started tearing apart at the stitching between the top and bottom parts. They blame the customer for the failure of their low quality product. I will never buy another Canada Pooch product, garbage made in China.

7$ for a restocking fee!!! Guys this is a scam!!! Stay away!

Terrible warrany you would think that a company that charges so much for it's product would stand behind it. I purchased the boots and I reached out to them when I realized that my dogs paws were getting wet. They told me that the boots were not water proof but water resistant. They are marketed as a winter Boot. They would do nothing,. A month later I reached out again because the straps were no longer adhering they are velcro. They said that this was normal wear and treat . I paid $60 for dog boots and they are only expected to last 2.5 months in Canada... unbelievable. If they had a zero starts that's what I would give them

I bought a pair of dog walking gloves. The touch screen layer was completely torn after wearing the gloves for 4 days. I also bought a set of 4 winter boots for my dog. One of them got a hole after 1 day of wearing. Don’t believe the hype. They never published my review on their website

My Doodle wore these about 10 times only and now they leak like a sieve, so not water resistant as they claim also the company is not vert assecible to contact they probably do not like all the reviews as most of them are really bad.
